Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Neeka Studio Corp. (“we,” “us”), California, United States, covering your use of the AfterClass mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

AfterClass is a study-habit app: you enter your class schedule and assignments, and the App generates focused work blocks and local reminders around your classes. The App runs entirely on your device. It requires no account and provides no online service; see the Privacy Policy for details.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App except where the law permits it regardless of this restriction.

Everything you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and its backups; if you delete the App or lose your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by us. The App’s reminders depend on your device’s notification settings, which you control.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The App is a study aid; it does not guarantee any academic outcome, and reminders may be delayed or suppressed by your device’s operating system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neeka Studio Corp. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

We may update the App and these Terms over time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
